Tandem are announced as winners in two categories at the prestigiousMoneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards 2025.
The awards ceremony, which was held in London on 5 February2025, saw Tandem collect top spot for both Best Customer Service and App-only Savings Provider of the Year.
Professionals from across the finance industry attended the black-tie event which was hosted by broadcaster and author Sara Cox.
Formerly known as the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, theMoneyfactscompare.co.uk Awards recognise banks, building societies and providers that offer the best services across the savings, mortgage, banking and insurance markets.
The awards, which are voted for by consumers, are highly respected throughout the industry and help consumers to make informed financial decisions.
Recipients of the awards were decided by combining consumer feedback with over 35 years of Moneyfacts’ expertise.
Tandem beat the likes of Chase and iFAST Global Bank to collect trophies in the customer service and app savings provider categories.
The trophies are now on their way up North to Tandem’s Blackpool HQ, where they’ll sit alongside the two from last year for Best Fixed Rate Savings Provider and Best Green Savings Provider.
Winning another two awards this year cements Tandem’s reputation as a bank that is focused on its customers and offers something truly outstanding in the market.
