Published by Innovate Finance and Vested Impact, in collaboration with Accenture and FinTech Innovation Lab London - Tandem was one of a number of financial institutions analysed against a framework of 5 impact categories linked to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals: Productivity, Place, People, Planet and Peace.
Key findings of UK Fintechs:
✔️ 98% have a significant positive impact on productivity in the UK
✔️ 39% are helping to reduce inequality by increasing financial inclusion and promoting financial education
✔️ 26% are positively contributing to the protection of fundamental freedoms around data privacy and access to information
✔️ 10% are significantly contributing to sustainability efforts, highlighting the need for more focused action in this area
